The Dominican Red Honey Processed coffee is carefully crafted using a unique fermentation method. During this process, the seeds are removed from the fruit and the mucilage is left on for 24 hours, allowing the enzymes to enhance the natural sweetness and fruitiness while maintaining consistent quality.
The farming family of this coffee are also exceptionally socially responsible, utilizing fermented coffee cherries to create natural gas for their operations and donating resources to local schools. They have even built a new school in a remote area, alleviating the burden of long walks for young students.
